What forms of payment does Mass Supplements accept?

What time is cut off time for orders to be shipped same day?

We don’t have a particular cut off time. Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability.

Does Mass Supplements ship to APO, FPO, DPO Military Addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO, FPO, DPO Military Addresses via United States Postal Service.

Do packages require signature?

We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS or USPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS or USPS driver’s discretion whether or not to require a signature. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF A PACKAGE IS CONFIRMED DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Customers within the United States can expect their orders to arrive in 2-4 business days. International customers can expect their orders to arrive in 8-22 days depending on location.

Does Mass Supplements ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we use US Postal Service to delivery packages to your PO Box.

Does Mass Supplements offer wholesale orders?

I received the wrong product.

First of all we would like to say were sorry about that. We have a triple checking system so it is very rare that it will happen but a incorrect or damaged bar-code label on a product can happen. All orders are packed under video surveillance to protect against fraudulent claims. As long as it was within a reasonable amount of time (30 Days) from the time it was delivered to you and it has not been opened. We will send you a return Label and as soon as we get the wrong product back. We will send you out the right one with samples and a free shaker cup for your troubles.

You can return it to us within a reasonable amount of time (30 Days) from the time it was delivered to you. It must be unopened and we will credit you the product price less a 15% restocking and processing fee.

(International Orders) What if my items are siezed by customs?

Unfortunately, due to extenuating circumstances, some international orders may get stopped by the customs agency in your country. Please read our full customs disclaimer:

We will give you the best service and ship the products you order very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in resalable condition. Most orders make it through customs fine and the majority of orders that are stopped are returned to us. You are ultimately responsible for any shipping charges regardless of the outcome. You pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package and shipping type selected.

We cannot answer these questions. We do not have a medical doctor on staff, nor would one want to give medical advice through e-mail or over the phone. Please consult a physician. My transaction was declined, now what?

Your credit card transaction may have been declined for a number of reasons including: incorrectly entered information or insufficient funds. Please double check your information before submitting your order. Please note that we require the CVV code (the three digits from the back of your credit card) to process your transaction. We automatically decline all transactions for which the CVV code is invalid. If you enter all other information correctly, but incorrectly enter the CVV code, a temporary authorization may occur on the declined transaction, holding your funds for 1-5 business days depending on your bank. Will my credit card number be safe when ordering?

Yes, using your credit card at The Mass Supplements Store is safe because we have industry-standard secure-server technology to encrypt all information gathered from our customers at the time of provision and purchase. This means that the information is encoded and unreadable while it travels to our server. In fact, using your credit card at our online shopping site is considered far safer than using it at a restaurant or gas station.
